Pricing & Costs
Do you charge a call-out fee?+
No — never. There is no call-out fee, no travel charge, and no minimum. You only pay for the time we spend working on your problem, billed every 15 minutes.
How much does computer repair cost in Melbourne?+
Remote support is billed at $20 per 15 minutes. Onsite home visits are $30 per 15 minutes. A typical 30-minute fix costs $60–$90. We always give you a free estimate before starting. See our full pricing page for typical job costs.
What if you can't fix my problem?+
You pay nothing at all. Our No Fix, No Fee guarantee means if we cannot resolve your issue during the visit, the call-out is completely free. No exceptions.
Do I need to bring my computer to you?+
No — we come to you. Our technicians travel to your home or office anywhere across Melbourne's western, northern and inner suburbs. You never need to carry your computer anywhere.

How quickly can you come?+
We offer same-day service across Melbourne most days. Call us and we'll confirm availability within minutes. We operate Monday to Saturday, 8am–7pm.

Do you do remote support?+
Yes — for software problems like virus removal, email setup, slowness and settings issues, remote support via screen share is often faster and cheaper at $20/15min. We'll advise on the phone which approach suits your problem.

Do you repair MacBooks?+
Yes — MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac and Mac Mini all serviced at your home. We repair screens, batteries, charging issues, macOS problems and more at a fraction of Apple Store prices.
Can you recover my data if my hard drive has died?+
Often yes. We assess the drive honestly and tell you the likely recovery success rate before you commit. No Fix, No Fee applies — if we can't recover your data, you pay nothing. We also offer professional data recovery for physically failed drives.
What is the 14-day guarantee?+
All completed work is covered by a 14-day guarantee. If the same problem returns within 14 days of our visit, we fix it again at no charge. This is our commitment to getting it right the first time.
Do you help seniors with technology?+
Absolutely — and we love it. We're patient, we use plain English, and we're happy to spend as much time as needed. We can set up iPads, email, video calls (Zoom, FaceTime), new phones and computers for seniors across Melbourne.
